EVERYONE!
Our members currently range from 3-87, all shapes, sizes, ages and level of fitness.
DO I HAVE TO BE FIT?
Absolutely not! That is our job, all you have to do is get through the door and we will adapt each workout for each member to suit their level of fitness and strength.
HOW DO I BOOK?
1. Head to our TIMETABLE page and choose a class you would like to try in the teamup calander.
2. Make yourself a teamup account and go through the registration process using the code ‘FREETRIAL’ at the end.
3. Turn up and give it a go.
