What does this actually mean? 

Most members are interested in Crossfit as a lifestyle, they want to get a bit fitter, lose a few pounds and be part of our amazing community.
Members are coached in small groups following a varied programme and because of these small friendly group sessions, your coaches will get to know you really well.  At CFK we ask you to trust us, follow the programme at your skill level and be consistent - that is when the magic happens! 

Crossfit is also a competitive sport. If you are a regular Crossfitter preparing for your first beginners competition or an athlete who regularly competes we can offer time, experience and specialist sessions. CFK coach to a high standard and this is reflected in the athletes that represent us.
