This class is 45 minutes and mainly features a style of high intensity interval training. We tend to eliminate the complexity of CrossFit by getting rid of some of the high skill movements and replacing them with more simple and effective exercises.

This class is suitable for anyone and is guaranteed to give you a full body conditioning session. If you're a little unsure about joining CrossFit then this class is perfect to get you started.
