CrossFit is for everybody no matter what your fitness background, age or shape is. Our 60 minute sessions are coached from the warm up, through the workout to the cool down and stretch. Your coach will work with you and modify the workout for you to get the most out of your hour.

CrossFit combines the best elements of weightlifting, cardio, and gymnastics training, it targets and improves the major components of physical fitness. The workout is different every day which keeps it fun and challenging and allows you to achieve your goals.

At CrossFit Kernow there are no egos, you’ll be welcomed in to class by not only the coach but the other members and you will all sweat equally as each individual is on their own fitness journey.
