Crossfit

CrossFit is for everybody no matter what your fitness background, age or shape is. Our 60 minute sessions are coached from the warm up, through the workout to the cool down and stretch. Your coach will work with you and modify the workout for you to get the most out of your hour.

Intervals

This class is suitable for anyone and is guaranteed to give you a full body conditioning session. If you're a little unsure about joining CrossFit then this class is perfect to get you started.

Barbell Club

Incorporating the Olympic lifts into workouts is the most effective way to build power and speed as well as improving sporting performance. Our barbell session is specifically designed to work on developing technique and strength on these two lifts.

Gymnastics

Gymnastics, without a doubt, is an essential element for the development of an athlete in CrossFit. In CrossFit, body-weight movements are considered gymnastics (e.g., air squat, push-up, pull-up, etc.). We are taking skills from the sport of gymnastics and applying them to workouts.

Team Challenge

Our Team Challenges are still a CrossFit style workout, just done in partners or teams which makes it fun, challenging and helps you push yourself that little bit more.

Crossfit Mums

Here at CrossFit Kernow we have a Mum’s inspired class designed especially for postnatal women. In this class you are welcome to bring your baby, toddler or child and at any point you can stop to feed, change, top up the snacks or have a quick cuddle.

Legends

CrossFit can enable any person the ability to improve their physical fitness, their ability to day-to-day activities more efficiently, and their ability to prevent disease. No matter of their height, weight, and age… This is why at CrossFit Kernow, we have specifically designed a class for the older individual.

Open Gym

Open gym is great to catch up on a workout, benchmark or lift you’d really like to hit, practice skills at your own pace or do some extras your coaches may have suggested. Although Open Gym is an uncoached session, a coach is always on hand if you have any questions.

Personal Training

Our friendly team of coaches also offer one-to-one or small group personal training sessions. If you’re looking for fast results, have a particular goal or prefer to train without a class, we can work around your schedule to support your health and fitness goals.
