Sometimes life gets in the way of making the recommended 3-5 CrossFit classes a week, Open gym is great to catch up on a workout, benchmark or lift you’d really like to hit, practice skills at your own pace or do some extras your coaches may have suggested. Although Open Gym is an uncoached session, a coach is always on hand if you have any questions.
