Classes For Kids

Ages 3 to 16

The overall objective of our CrossFit Kids and Teens program is to provide a safe, and FUN environment where children are able to develop and maintain a healthy, active lifestyle. The emphasis is on quality of movement, which translates to enhanced sports performance, fewer sports injuries, and improved cognitive function.  We work on things that kids need to do when they play sports, or just play – pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump.

Little Ninjas (age 3-5)

These 30-minute sessions are all about fun, fitness and friends. Pre-school aged little ones can run like cheetahs, jump like kangaroos and swing like monkeys in a safe and fun environment.

Crossfit Kids Age 5 - 8 

Our CrossFit Kids sessions are so much fun! We start with our weekly team chat and warm up, work on a skill of the day and mini game-based workout finishing off with games and lots of them.

CrossFit Kids Age 5 - 8

Our CrossFit Kids sessions are so much fun! We start with our weekly team chat and warm up, work on a skill of the day and mini game-based workout finishing off with games and lots of them.

CrossFit Pre-Teens Age 9 - 11

Our Pre-Teens are full of energy and enthusiasm. Amongst the games, we make sure we’re hitting some skill, strength and fitness work ensuring they are ready for our Teen classes.

CrossFit Teens High School Age

Starting high school means moving up to our teens class. In these hour long sessions we warm up, work on skills, mobility and strength followed by the WOD (workout of the day). We focus on quality of movement as we start progressing to a barbell and the pull up rig. We love how the teens can transition into adult classes, feeling confident and ready for a future of fitness.
