We realise how hard it can be to find the time to exercise, especially with a little one to be thinking about. So here at CrossFit Kernow we have a Mum’s inspired class designed especially for postnatal women. In this class you are welcome to bring your baby, toddler or child and at any point you can stop to feed, change, top up the snacks or have a quick cuddle.

At the heart of ‘CrossFit’ we pride ourselves on functional fitness: fitness that we use in our everyday lives. As a parent, you might not realise how much functional fitness plays a part in your day to day life. Babies might start off quite small now, but they definitely get bigger and you need to carry, lift, push, pull them around… CrossFit will teach you how to lift and carry heavy or odd objects safely and efficiently and have fun whilst doing it.

For many of our mums, the social side is just as important as the physical side. Sometimes you need a bit of adult conversation away from Peppa Pig on repeat. We motivate and support each other with no judgement, just a friendly smile.
